| At Bien-etre, we offer our customers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased at bienetrespa.com, you may return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of your shipment receipt date. Instructions: Obtain a Return merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) from Customer Service by following the instructions below. Include all packaging, printed material, and product in the package you are returning to us. Include a copy of your Packing Slip and RMA # with the returned product. Send your return to: 462 Stevens Ave. #306 Solana Beach, CA, 92075 Customers pay for return shipping back to Bien-etre and we suggest using a a carrier that you can obtain tracking and insurance from. RMA #: To get a RMA #, please email info@bienetrespa.com with your order number and a description of the item you are returning. We will reply to you within 24 hours and supply this number for your return. If the returned item was sent to you from another account a credit for bienetrespa.com will be issued. If a Gift Certificate was used for the purchase, a new Gift Certificate will be issued for the amount of the order minus shipping. We are not responsible for returned packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. |
